Monthly Lawn Care Pricing:
Simple per-cut pricing with monthly billing — you only pay for the cuts you actually get. We measure the area to be maintained using Google Earth so you can be confident you're only paying for what's needed.

up to 3,000 sq ft

3,001 - 5,000 sq ft

5,001 - 8,000 sq ft

You're invoiced at the end of each month through Jobber, based on the number of cuts completed. Our monthly estimates use 4 cuts (the average for a typical weekly visit) — months with 5 visits will run slightly higher, months with fewer will run lower.
Please note neglected or overgrown lawns will be charged an additional, one-time fee.
